Are you interested in learning Korean? Curious about what classes at The Korea Society are like? Join us for a free Beginning Korean Trial Lesson, led by our experienced instructor Sabina Rowe!

Designed for beginners, this interactive session offers a glimpse into our online Beginning Korean I course. During the workshop, you'll explore the history of Hangul (the Korean alphabet), learn basic greetings and self-introductions with popular Korean food names, and even enjoy a short segment from Korean song lyrics! It’s a fun and informative way to experience what our classes have to offer—no prior knowledge needed! Please note that this is an in-person workshop that will take place at The Korea Society.

Are you interested in learning Korean? Curious about what The Korea Society classes entail? Then join us for one of our free Beginning Korean Trial Lessons, led by the experienced instructor Gieun "Gianna" Lee. Designed for absolute beginners, these trial sessions offer a glimpse into our online Beginning Korean I course.
Following each class, there will be a short informational session on the Korean Language Program. Two trial classes will be offered with the same content focusing on practical expressions that you can immediately use in dining or even shopping contexts. Please sign up for only one session. No prior knowledge of Korean or the Korean alphabet is required to participate in these trials.

For both in-person and Zoom sessions, our Korean courses cater to adults aged 18 and above with a focus on working professionals. Further, this trial class will be conducted via Zoom or at the Korea Society. Zoom session requires access to a device with internet, microphone, and camera (such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet).
