Those who know some Korean and are above a Beginning Korean I level to a low intermediate level should take the Beginning Placement exam. Those who are at a mid-intermediate to advanced level should take the Intermediate/Advanced Placement exam.

Need further info about our classes?
If you would like to discuss your placement further or take a speaking test to potentially be placed in a different course, you can set up a 30-minute Zoom call with the KLP coordinator, Amanda Grant. To sign up for the optional call, please follow this link here
